My mission is to become a person that motivates and inspires individuals to advance their learning while also providing them with opportunities that enable their achievements. I will utilize my skills as a Software Developer and my talent as a Teacher to contribute positively to the success of others while ensuring that I continue to grow within my role(s). Through this focus, I plan to build a career for myself that combines my two experiences and passions.
It is important to be understanding of an individual's situation and limitations and to be able to see the goodness and success in others to make personal connections with others effectively.
I will find ways to adapt and make things work with the limited resources I have. When it comes to teaching, I use multiple mediums to present the information to students to accommodate different learning styles. I don't hesitate to make connections and ask questions.
Whether someone needs help with school, work, or life, I do my best to assist and encourage them to achieve their best.
Similarly to how software makes a difference in people's lives, I take value in helping others see the world from a different perspective and encouraging others to interact and come out of their shell.
Technology and the needs of others is always changing and to accommodate, I need to improve my understand of how technology is always changing and what those changes are.
